Here you can find all project I have partecipated in to gain experience and further develop my career. This portfolio showcases the work I’ve been part of, highlighting my dedication to creating unforgettable live experiences and my growing expertise in the dynamic world of music events. In total, I have completed 160 career hours, and below you can find all the experiences with the hours included.

Circoloco Phuket

One of my first major industry experiences was with Circoloco in Phuket, Thailand in January (10-12th). This was my first time joining a big international event outside of Europe, which made it an especially exciting opportunity. I spent around 10 hours in a weekend promoting the event and reselling tickets for both the day party and the afterparty. My main responsibilities included spreading the word about the event on social media, reaching out to potential attendees, and handling ticket transfers.

Although I didn’t work directly with the event team, this experience gave me a valuable understanding of how event promotion and ticketing works in a global setting. I also learned how to engage with an international audience and build hype around an event. I’ve kept evidence of my work including photos and videos from the event and social media activity

Elrow Amsterdam

I also took part in Elrow Town Amsterdam, where I worked 10 hours over a weekend as part of the Sustainability Team with Revolution Foundation. Specifically, I was on the Cup and Coin Team, which played a key role in supporting the event’s eco-friendly initiatives. My main responsibility was to distribute recycling tokens whenever customers returned their reusable cups, helping to encourage sustainable behavior throughout the event.

This experience gave me insight into how large-scale events manage environmental impact and how crucial sustainability practices are becoming in the industry. It also showed me the importance of clear communication with festivalgoers and being part of a system that balances fun with responsibility. I have photos and other materials from the weekend to support this experience.

DGTL Festival Amsterdam

Another important experience was working at DGTL Festival, where I completed 15 hours over a weekend as part of the Circular Backstage Team with Revolution Foundation. Our job was to maintain a clean and sustainable backstage area by collecting waste and transporting it to the designated recycling point using carts. The focus was on reducing environmental impact and ensuring that no trash was left behind in areas used by artists, crew, and staff.

This role gave me hands-on experience with sustainability operations in a fast-paced festival environment. I learned how critical backstage organization is to the overall flow of an event, and how circular systems can be implemented effectively behind the scenes.

Awakenings Festival

I also worked at Awakenings Festival, where I spent 12 hours over a weekend working behind the bar. This role gave me a close-up look at the logistics of food and beverage service at a major music event. I was involved in serving drinks, restocking supplies, and helping manage customer flow during busy peak times.

Being in that environment allowed me to understand how tightly organized the bar operations need to be, especially when handling thousands of attendees. I gained insight into stock management, teamwork under pressure, and the importance of fast, friendly service in contributing to the overall event experience. This was a high-energy role that helped me appreciate the complexity of festival logistics and how essential every part of the operation is to the success of an event.

Anotr Release Album Party

Another valuable experience was helping promote and support ANOTR’s album release party. I was involved in both the preparation and on-site content creation, contributing a total of 10 hours5 hours spent designing and preparing promotional materials like posters, and 5 hours at the actual event, where I focused on capturing video and photo content. This experience helped me build creative and promotional skills while also giving me a closer look at the energy and flow of a live event from a media perspective. I’ve kept all the visual materials, drafts, and footage I created as evidence.

Anotr On a Trip show in Amsterdam

Still working with Anotr, I was in their event called On a Trip in Amsterdam, where I spent 8 hours creating content both outside and inside the venue. My main goal was to capture the atmosphere and energy of the event, what made it feel like a “trip” for the attendees, from arrival to the dance floor. The challenge was to translate a feeling into content, and that taught me how to be more creative with framing, and editing.

Solid Grooves Ibiza

One of my most exciting experiences was working at Solid Grooves in Ibiza, where I spent a total of 10 hours over two days creating content for the event. My focus was on capturing video clips, crowd moments, artist performances, and the overall vibe of the party to be used for social media and post-event promotion. Being in such a high-energy environment with important artists and production gave me the chance to practice shooting dynamic, real-time content under pressure. It also helped me understand what kind of visuals have harmony with the audience and how to tell a story through media.

This experience strengthened my interest in the creative and promotional side of live events, especially in the electronic music scene. I kept all the footage I recorded as part of my documentation and content portfolio.

Circoloco at DC-10 Ibiza

I did the same thing for Circoloco at Dc-10,, one of the most iconic underground parties in the world. I spent 10 hours over two days creating content at the event, capturing the energy of the crowd, the visuals, and standout moments from the artists' sets. The atmosphere at the venue was electric, with a packed crowd and an international community of music lovers dancing from afternoon until late night. Being part of such a legendary event gave me the chance not only to build my content creation skills but also to observe how a globally respected brand runs such a high level party. A special highlight was the opportunity to meet and interact with artists like Seth Troxler and Mochakk; both of them brought unique energy to the night. It was inspiring to see them up close and experience how their presence influences both the crowd and the vibe of the event.

Thuishaven with Josh Baker (10hr set)

Other great experience I’ve had was during a 10-hour set by Josh Baker at Thuishaven, a venue known for its unique atmosphere and extended DJ performances. I was there for a total of 8 hours, combining two important roles: creating content for the event and supporting sustainability efforts in collaboration with the Revolution Foundation. On the content side, I filmed parts of Josh Baker’s marathon set, captured the crowd’s energy, and highlighted the immersive environment of Thuishaven. In addition to content creation, I worked with the Revolution Foundation’s sustainability team, helping keep the area clean, managing waste collection, and supporting their mission to reduce the environmental footprint of festivals.

By the Creek Festival

At By the Creek Festival, I worked a full day shift of 10 hours as part of the bar staff. While my main task was serving drinks and helping with bar operations, I used this opportunity to observe the logistics behind the scenes, especially how bar locations were strategically placed to manage crowd flow. It was very useful to see how the positioning of service points could reduce congestion and support smooth movement across the festival site. This experience really helped me draw a direct connection between operational planning and crowd management, which are key elements in live event logistics.

My own event at Kingsday 2025

One of the most meaningful and personal experiences I’ve had in the industry was organizing a pop-up event for Kingsday in the Jordaan neighborhood of Amsterdam, together with a group of Portuguese friends. This was a fully independent initiative, and we spent around 20 hours in total planning and preparing the event, this included promotion, coordinating the setup, organizing the running order for performances, and handling logistics. On the day of the event, I spent an additional 8 hours managing things on the ground: overseeing the artists, making sure the schedule ran smoothly and helping maintain a positive atmosphere. At the same time, I was able to enjoy Kingsday with friends, which made it feel both professional and personal. This experience taught me a lot about event planning, team coordination, and the value of community-driven celebrations.

Event Design Workshop

In April 2025, I took part in an Event Design Workshop held in Amsterdam, which focused on the creative and strategic process behind designing impactful events. The workshop lasted three days, and although I was only able to join for the first day online, I spent a total of 30 hours both immersed in the live sessions and home assignements. During the workshop, we explored the logic behind every aspect of event design: from audience experience to storytelling, visual flow and planning. It wasn’t just theory; we worked on practical design challenges and we had to develop real-life case studies even from home. We worked in groups and what made the experience special was the diverse group of participants from around the world. It opened my mind to different perspectives and approaches to event creation. The teachers were very knowledgeable and inspiring, sharing not only tools but also real-life experiences from the industry.

Music Production

Another valuable experience was spending time on music production with friends, which totaled around 5 hours so far. This was more of a collaborative, creative process where we explored ideas, experimented with different sounds, and started building tracks together. Even though I’ve only dedicated a few hours to it at this point, I definitely plan to invest more time in this area going forward. It’s helped me see how production ties directly into live events, artist performance, and overall event quality.

I’ve been dedicating more time to music production, which has become a key area of personal and professional growth for me. Beyond the initial 5 hours I spent producing with friends, I’ve now invested between 20 and 30 additional hours exploring and learning new music production software on my own. This time has been focused on understanding the technical side of music creation, working with digital audio workstations (DAWs), learning sound design, experimenting with samples and effects, and building tracks from scratch.  Even though I still consider myself in the early stages, I see this as a long-term skill I want to keep improving. Working on music production not only connects directly with my interest in live events and artist support, but also strengthens my understanding of the creative process behind the scenes.
