The structured layout made it easier to understand and remember important concepts related to the music and events industry. I became very intrested about the topic so I went through a lot of videos for passion and this one in particular was very helpful.
Goal 4: To support my assignments with extra research, I used Google Scholar to find reliable academic articles. The articles I found were also very useful for practicing APA referencing. It helped me go deeper into the topics and improved the overall quality of my work, making it more effective also thanks to a video that I my classmates recommended me.
Goal 5: The sustainability assignment with Annabel was very useful in helping me start including societal themes in my projects. It made me more aware of the importance of social and environmental responsibility in the event industry, and I’ve continued to apply that mindset in other assignments. Also working with Revolution Academy, I had the chance to see circular systems that make an event 100% sustainable. These projects are growing even stronger, giving human capital and knowledge that events need to reach their circular goals.
Goal 6: Since I started sitting at the front of the class and silencing my phone during lessons, my screen time has dropped significantly. This change has made me much more focused and productive, both in class and while studying at home. I also ran into this video that helped me in quitting my phone addiction, I highly reccomend to watch it.
Goal 7: To improve my independent learning, I watched YouTube videos by Justin Sung and Gohar Khan. Their study techniques helped me learn more effectively without wasting time. I also learned how I should I use AI as a tool to learn more efficiently, I applied their methods and this made my study sessions more focused and productive.
Goal 8: Improving in music production: y experimenting with DAWs, mixing, and mastering, I learned how to structure tracks more effectively and express my ideas in sound. This process also taught me discipline, as consistent practice was needed to see progress.
Goal 9: Here's a list of professionals I got in touch on Linkedln in the past 3 months, as well as my connections counts and a tool session that I joined regarding Linkedln trining. Networking through LinkedIn allowed me to grow my professional circle and learn more about opportunities in the music and events industry. The training session was especially helpful to understand how to present myself better and use LinkedIn strategically.
